Welcome to Immaculate Lashing! These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you and Immaculate Lashing regarding your participation in our in-person training courses. By booking a training course with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy for Immaculate Lashing (In-person Training Courses):

    1. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your in-person training course, you must notify Immaculate Lashing at least 48 hours before the scheduled training date. Any rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the training date may be subject to an additional £100 fee. However, please note that if the training is canceled within this 48-hour window, the full amount is still payable, and the £100 fee is lost.

 

    1. Cancellation: Last-minute cancellations and no-shows for in-person training courses are non-refundable. Immaculate Lashing invests time, resources, and preparation into each training session, and cancellations without sufficient notice can result in significant losses.

 

    1. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, Immaculate Lashing may consider waiving the rescheduling fee or offering a credit towards a future training course. However, this is subject to the discretion of Immaculate Lashing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

    1. Communication: All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made directly to Immaculate Lashing via email or phone. Failure to communicate changes in a timely manner may result in the forfeiture of any rescheduling options or refunds.

 

  1. Transferability: If you are unable to attend the training course, you may transfer your spot to another individual with prior approval from Immaculate Lashing. The new participant must meet any prerequisites or requirements for the course.

By booking an in-person training course with Immaculate Lashing, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. Immaculate Lashing reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to you in writing.



Refund Policy


Thank you for choosing Immaculate Lashing. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refund policy.

  1. Return Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • In term of returns they have to ship the item themselves and will use their own shipping label.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we will not accept any items sent back to us without prior authorization.

Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable. This includes all digital products, such as ebooks, social media templates, and online courses. These items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
